Job Summary

Building business relationships with new prospective clients, the full-time HCM Sales Executive will focus on creating revenue opportunities for the company's Human Capital Management solutions while working remotely from the Pensacola, FL area.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new prospects through self-generation and networking within a defined territory
  • Profile existing clientele to cultivate new revenue opportunities and enhance client value
  • Develop and maintain relationships with CPAs, banks, financial advisors, and insurance brokers to penetrate the market
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of consultative software sales experience
  • Experience selling payroll, HR, or related software and services preferred
  • Proven ability to manage a territory and produce exceptional results
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and virtual selling tools such as GoToMeeting or Webex
