Job Summary
Building business relationships with new prospective clients, the full-time HCM Sales Executive will focus on creating revenue opportunities for the company's Human Capital Management solutions while working remotely from the Pensacola, FL area.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new prospects through self-generation and networking within a defined territory
- Profile existing clientele to cultivate new revenue opportunities and enhance client value
- Develop and maintain relationships with CPAs, banks, financial advisors, and insurance brokers to penetrate the market
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of consultative software sales experience
- Experience selling payroll, HR, or related software and services preferred
- Proven ability to manage a territory and produce exceptional results
- Experience with Salesforce.com and virtual selling tools such as GoToMeeting or Webex
