Job Summary
Building business relationships with new and existing clients, the full-time remote HCM Sales Executive will focus on generating revenue opportunities for Human Capital Management solutions while leveraging Salesforce CRM to manage sales activities.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new prospects through networking and business development activities
- Profile existing clients to cultivate new revenue opportunities and enhance the value of Asure solutions
- Create impactful presentations to highlight the benefits of proposed solutions and maintain a robust sales funnel
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of consultative software sales experience, preferably in payroll or HR software
- Experience with Salesforce.com and virtual selling tools
- Proven ability to manage a territory and build client relationships effectively
- Must have a valid U.S. Driver's License
