Job Summary

Building business relationships with new and existing clients, the full-time remote HCM Sales Executive will focus on generating revenue opportunities for Human Capital Management solutions while leveraging Salesforce CRM to manage sales activities.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new prospects through networking and business development activities
  • Profile existing clients to cultivate new revenue opportunities and enhance the value of Asure solutions
  • Create impactful presentations to highlight the benefits of proposed solutions and maintain a robust sales funnel
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of consultative software sales experience, preferably in payroll or HR software
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and virtual selling tools
  • Proven ability to manage a territory and build client relationships effectively
  • Must have a valid U.S. Driver's License
