Job Summary

Responsible for building business relationships and creating new revenue opportunities, the full-time remote HCM Sales Executive will identify prospects, penetrate existing clientele, and develop partnerships with financial professionals while managing a robust sales funnel.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new prospects through networking and business development activities
  • Profile existing clients to enhance value and cultivate new revenue opportunities
  • Create impactful presentations to highlight the benefits of HCM solutions
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years consultative software sales experience
  • Experience selling payroll, HR, or related software and services preferred
  • Proven ability to manage a sales territory effectively
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and virtual selling tools
