HCM Solution Consultant

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the HCM Solution Consultant will collaborate with sales teams to identify customer challenges, demonstrate the value of Workday's HCM solutions, and support both low-touch and strategic sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities:

• Partnering with Account Executives to deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
• Conducting discovery and research to understand customer needs and challenges in the HCM space
• Identifying opportunities to enhance customer support and drive business efficiency

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of software Solution Consulting or value-based selling experience
• 3+ years of experience with HCM systems
• Experience with Workforce Management systems such as Payroll and Time Tracking
• Familiarity with industries that employ frontline workers, including Retail and Manufacturing
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
