HCM Staff Consultant

Job Summary

To support Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) implementation and modernization projects, the remote HCM Staff Consultant will assist in the configuration and deployment of HCM solutions, contribute to project management activities, and help maintain project documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the configuration and implementation of HCM solutions to meet client business requirements
• Support functional and technical project activities, including requirements analysis, testing, and deployment
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including status reports and technical documentation

Required qualifications

• US Citizen
• 1-3 years of experience in a functional, technical, business systems, or project support role
• Basic understanding of enterprise software applications or Human Capital Management (HCM) systems
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
