HCM Suite Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cornerstone OnDemand HCM Suite Implementation Consultant/Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead new CSOD system implementations, gathering and translating client requirements into system configurations
• Provide business process consulting in Human Capital Management and expert guidance on CSOD products
• Conduct workshops, provide training, and support clients during user acceptance testing and system deployment

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of implementation and consulting experience as the implementation lead with required CSOD modules
• Deep knowledge of the Cornerstone platform with product certification in Core and Learning
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Microsoft Project
• Ability to self-manage in a fast-paced environment
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain required clearance for the role
