HCM System Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Enterprise HCM System - H2R.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and mentor global, remote teams focused on coaching and people development
- Establish governance frameworks, design standards, and KPIs to enhance platform maturity
- Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues while maintaining data accuracy
Required Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in HCM systems, preferably in Workday
- 5+ years of people management experience with a proven leadership track record
- Experience with Agile and SAFe methodologies
- Ability to adopt emerging AI capabilities and stay current with trends
- Strong analytical capabilities and conceptual thinking skills
