HCM Systems Scrum Master

Job Summary

A company is looking for a HCM/HR Systems Scrum Master (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile principles
• Collaborate with business partners to understand their needs and translate them into actionable tasks
• Establish and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones

Required Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master/Coach in an HR systems environment
• Proven experience in implementing Workday HCM or other HCM SaaS solutions
• Skilled in engaging with business partners and leading technical discussions
• Knowledge of the Human Resources and Payroll domain is desired
• Familiarity with various SaaS and Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) solutions in the HR/Payroll space
