HCM Technical Consultant
Job Summary
Serving as the primary technical lead for a large-scale SaaS implementation, the remote HCM Technical Consultant will own technical execution and interface between the client, implementation team, and off-shore delivery resources while providing end-to-end technical leadership across solution design, data migration, and integrations.
Key responsibilities
- Lead technical sessions and drive technical readiness, including data validation and integration test cycles
- Manage production cut-over planning and readiness, ensuring smooth deployment
- Oversee solution design and serve as the key contact for client internal security reviews on mobile and AI
Required qualifications
- Minimum of two full Cloud SaaS HCM implementations as a Technical Lead
- Experience with OCI, OIC, APIs, middleware, and network/firewall management
- Proven ability to lead technical tracks for HCM SaaS implementations
- Strong understanding of data migration and reporting processes
- Ability to work remotely with occasional onsite activities as needed
