HCP Education Manager

Job Summary

Leading the development of clinical and educational content for healthcare professionals, the full-time HCP Education & Content Development Manager will create high-quality materials for live programs, digital platforms, and conferences while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure scientific accuracy and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop HCP-focused educational materials, including presentations, digital content, and product guides
• Maintain and optimize educational content across various platforms, ensuring alignment with clinical evidence and strategic objectives
• Support the development and implementation of digital learning content within LMS platforms, enhancing learner experience and engagement

Required qualifications

• Master's degree with 5+ years of directly related experience, or Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of directly related experience
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or aesthetics industries
• Proven ability to manage content workflows and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
• Experience supporting the Promotional Review Process
• Strong project management skills and ability to work independently to meet deadlines
