Job Summary

A company is looking for a HCP Engagement System Implementation & Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation of the Global HCP Engagement System, coordinating with stakeholders and vendors
  • Serve as the primary System Administrator, responsible for system maintenance, updates, and user support
  • Gather user feedback to continuously improve system functionality and user experience
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Proven experience in system implementation and project management
  • Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements related to HCP engagements
  • Proficiency in system administration and data management
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry is preferred
