Job Summary
A company is looking for a HCP Engagement System Implementation & Administrator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of the Global HCP Engagement System, coordinating with stakeholders and vendors
- Serve as the primary System Administrator, responsible for system maintenance, updates, and user support
- Gather user feedback to continuously improve system functionality and user experience
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience in system implementation and project management
- Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements related to HCP engagements
- Proficiency in system administration and data management
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry is preferred
