HCP Experience Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HCP Experience Lead responsible for the commercial success of VYVGART across multiple indications and therapeutic areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the development and execution of an integrated HCP Commercial engagement strategy
• Accountable for local markets and US commercial performance of VYVGART
• Lead and inspire a cross-functional HCP Experience team to enhance customer engagement capability

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• BA/BS degree required; advanced degree in a relevant field preferred
• Minimum of 15 years of total industry experience, including 5-7 years in senior leadership roles
• Extensive experience with commercial customer engagement strategy and execution
• Direct experience with complex biologics and the buy-and-bill model
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
