HCS Applications Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Providing technical support for applications and interfaces, the full-time remote HCS Applications Systems Analyst will focus on development, testing, integration, and implementation to enhance IT tools and support business functions across the health system.

Key responsibilities

• Assist IT teams with product selection and technical evaluation to ensure adherence to enterprise-wide requirements
• Develop and maintain documentation for program development, modifications, and troubleshooting while updating system support documentation as needed
• Act as a liaison to health system departments, ensuring proper use of IT resources and maintaining high service levels

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Two years of IT systems and/or operational experience with a Bachelor's degree; four years with an Associate's degree; or six years with a High School diploma or GED
• Epic Cadence Certification preferred
• Epic Welcome Certification and/or build experience preferred
• Epic Prelude Certification preferred
