Job Summary

Supporting Benefits and Absence Management, the full-time remote HCS Applications Systems Analyst will provide technical support for application development, testing, integration, and implementation while ensuring adherence to enterprise-wide requirements.

Key responsibilities
  • Assists IT teams with product selection and technical evaluation to meet business standardization protocols
  • Develops and maintains documentation for program development, modifications, and troubleshooting
  • Acts as a liaison to health system departments, ensuring proper use of IT resources and maintaining high service levels
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Two years of IT systems and/or operational experience with a Bachelor's degree; four years with an Associate's degree; or six years with a High School diploma/GED
  • Experience in supporting and implementing technology solutions for HR business functions
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a team environment
  • Excellent analytical skills and responsiveness to internal customers
