HCS Applications Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Providing advanced technical and functional support for Tecsys supply chain and ERP warehouse management solutions, the full-time HCS Applications Systems Analyst will lead system configuration, testing, implementation, and optimization while collaborating with business leaders and IT stakeholders in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assists IT teams with product selection and technical evaluation to ensure adherence to enterprise-wide requirements
• Develops and maintains documentation for program development, modifications, and troubleshooting
• Functions as a liaison to health system departments, ensuring proper use of IT resources and maintaining high service levels

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Two years of IT systems and/or operational experience with a Bachelor's degree; four years with an Associate's degree; six years with a High School diploma or GED
• Experience in systems analysis and documentation
• Ability to design, code, test, and debug programs and interfaces
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
