HCS-D Certified OASIS Reviewer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an OASIS QA Reviewer.

Key Responsibilities

• Support orientation and training for new associates and ongoing skill-based training for all reviewers
• Complete quality assurance processes; document and report findings
• Act as an expert resource for reviewer questions and communicate quality concerns to QA leadership

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in Coding & OASIS review
• HCS-D certification and HCS-O or COS-C OASIS certification
• Expert in ICD-10 coding and OASIS guidelines
• Advanced clinical degree (preferred)
• Active clinical license (e.g. RN, PT, OT, SP) (preferred)
