HCS-D Certified OASIS Reviewer

Job Summary

To support home health and hospice agencies, the part-time Coding & OASIS Reviewer will review OASIS documentation and ICD-10 coding remotely on an as-needed basis.

Key responsibilities

• Review OASIS and document recommended changes in the approved system
• Evaluate ICD-10 coding and sequencing from patient chart documentation
• Document review results and ensure timely and accurate workflow processes

Required qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in medical coding or OASIS review
• HCS-D certification
• HCS-O or COS-C certification
• Proven ability to consistently meet deadlines
• High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
