HCS Operations Quality Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HCS Operations Inventory & Quality Analyst (Eligibility).

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and efficient distribution of inventory across teams based on workflow requirements
• Conduct audits of operations team activities to validate compliance with internal and regulatory standards
• Utilize SQL for data analysis, reporting, and support operations workflow and activity

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• At least three years of progressive experience in claims, billing, or healthcare eligibility
• Minimum two years of experience working with large volumes of healthcare eligibility data
• One year of experience applying subject matter expertise to operations workflow
• Knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare COB and related business models
