Job Summary

A company is looking for an HCSS Support Specialist to manage and optimize HCSS software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Implement, configure, and maintain HCSS software applications and non-HCSS applications
Train users on HCSS tools and provide tailored solutions based on user requirements
Troubleshoot technical issues and support software integration with other systems

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
5+ years of experience with HCSS software solutions such as HeavyBid, HeavyJob, and Dispatcher
3+ years of experience with non-HCSS applications like StonemontQC and CAM360
5+ years of experience in the construction industry
Certifications in HCSS products are a plus
