HDPE Quotations Coordinator

Job Summary

To support the Industrial Managed Services team, the full-time HDPE Quotations Coordinator will develop competitive quotations, ensure compliance with project specifications, and maintain profitable margins while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Review plans and specifications to ensure quoted materials comply with project requirements
• Develop competitive quotations based on local market strategies and negotiate pricing with vendors
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers for accurate follow-up

Required qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in quotations or inside sales
• Previous experience or knowledge of the Industrial Plastics business is preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Office 365, particularly Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
