Head of Absence Claims - New York

Job Summary

A company is looking for a CVP, Head of Absence Claims in a fully remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a 500+ person Absence claims organization, defining operational strategy and model
• Own the Absence customer claims experience, monitor industry trends, and drive improvements
• Build a culture of service excellence, drive change effectively, and deploy claims technology and processes

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years' experience in a leadership role within Absence/STD claims or equivalent
• Proven success in leading operational teams, managing high-performing teams, and driving change in large organizations
• Future mindset, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to innovate and deliver results
• Ability to leverage data and feedback to drive changes and make future recommendations to leadership
