Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Head of Account Management - Revenue Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the global Customer Success strategy and lead a team of Revenue Account Managers
  • Serve as the executive sponsor for key enterprise accounts and manage customer advocacy
  • Design and optimize customer journeys and establish reporting capabilities to track performance


Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services, with 3+ years in leadership roles
  • Experience in hotel technology companies and understanding of hospitality revenue management principles
  • Proven ability to lead global or multi-regional teams in a SaaS environment
  • Strong analytical mindset and exceptional executive communication skills
  • Demonstrated success in improving retention and driving adoption
