Job Summary
A company is looking for a Head of Account Management to lead and scale their Enterprise and Strategic Account Management teams.
Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement operational excellence and best practices for account management
- Coach and develop first-time managers and leaders within the team
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, customer success, or account management
- 5+ years of experience leading managers and multi-layer teams
- Proven track record of improving net revenue retention and expansion metrics
- Exceptional discipline in forecasting and CRM management
- Strong ability to engage with C-level stakeholders and coach teams on executive alignment
