Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Account Management to lead and scale their Enterprise and Strategic Account Management teams.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, customer success, or account management
  • 5+ years of experience leading managers and multi-layer teams
  • Proven track record of improving net revenue retention and expansion metrics
  • Exceptional discipline in forecasting and CRM management
  • Strong ability to engage with C-level stakeholders and coach teams on executive alignment
