Job Summary
Leading the growing KAM Department, the full-time Head of Account Management will shape departmental strategy, manage critical partner relationships, and foster a proactive revenue-generating culture in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the KAM team, setting performance expectations and developing individual growth plans
- Personally manage a top-tier merchant portfolio while driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling
- Develop and execute the Account Management strategy, collaborating cross-functionally to enhance client experiences
Required qualifications
- 6+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, or Business Development within FinTech or Payments, with 2+ years in a leadership role
- Deep understanding of payment rails, merchant lifecycle, and processing economics
- Fluent in Russian and English (B2+/C1) for daily communication with international partners
- Strong analytical skills to assess transaction data and identify revenue opportunities
- Exceptional leadership abilities with a focus on talent development and motivation
