Head of Accounting

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Accounting to lead and develop accounting operations across e-commerce and manufacturing divisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations for e-commerce and manufacturing entities
• Design and implement processes for accounts receivable, accounts payable, vendor management, and fraud prevention
• Manage month-end and year-end closing, ensuring accuracy of financial statements and compliance with accounting standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred
• 8+ years of accounting leadership experience in e-commerce and manufacturing sectors
• Proven experience with IFRS or U.S. GAAP accounting standards
• Strong knowledge of accounting operations, including AR/AP and audit procedures
• Experience in creating and implementing accounting policies and process improvements
