Job Summary
Driving user acquisition strategies, the full-time Head of Acquisition will manage a multi-million dollar budget across digital and traditional media platforms to grow the subscriber base for web and app, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and optimizing performance metrics.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies for acquiring new subscribers through various channels while optimizing customer acquisition cost (CAC) and lifetime value (LTV)
- Oversee app marketing initiatives, including app install campaigns and app store optimization, to enhance user engagement and conversion rates
- Lead a team of growth marketers, ensuring effective collaboration and professional development while monitoring performance metrics and diagnosing issues
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in user acquisition or growth marketing
- Strong understanding of paid media channels, including Meta, Google, and TikTok, as well as app marketing strategies
- Proven track record in troubleshooting underperformance and implementing corrective actions
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; experience in retail/e-commerce and app marketing preferred
- Analytical mindset with experience in customer segmentation and cohorting
