Job Summary
Driving scalable and profitable growth, the remote Head of Acquisition Marketing will own and scale customer acquisition strategies for loan originations, leading a high-impact team to execute multi-channel campaigns while optimizing customer acquisition costs.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end acquisition strategy and deployment for the personal loan business
- Develop and scale performance marketing strategies across various channels, ensuring optimized customer acquisition costs
- Build and lead a high-accountability marketing function, fostering a culture of testing and learning to drive exceptional results
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in marketing and customer acquisition, with at least 5 years in leadership roles
- Experience in consumer lending or related fields, with a proven track record of scaling credit products
- Strong knowledge of multi-channel marketing, including digital, direct mail, and affiliate marketing
- Ability to make data-driven decisions and understand lending business performance metrics
- Experience in leading teams and driving initiatives from concept to execution
