Head of Advice Proposition

Job Summary

Leading the design and governance of advice propositions, the full-time Head of Advice Proposition will ensure compliance and customer outcomes in Equity Release and Personal Advice while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, governance, and delivery of Equity Release and Personal Advice propositions, aligning with regulatory requirements and Group strategy
• Develop and maintain robust advice guidance, policies, and centralized advice frameworks
• Chair governance forums and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure operational feasibility and regulatory compliance

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in proposition development and collaboration with product management
• Technically proficient in FCA rules and regulations
• Minimum of 5 years working in a regulated environment at a senior level
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Able to balance commerciality with customer outcomes and regulatory compliance
