Head of Advisory and AI

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and growth of the Advisory organization, the remote full-time Head of Advisory and AI will manage the integration of advisory services, drive AI initiatives, and oversee commercial performance while developing a high-performing leadership team.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the multiyear strategy for the Advisory service line and establish operational models
• Lead the 3Cloud AI agenda by translating AI strategy into market-facing value propositions and coordinating initiatives across various functions
• Drive growth and commercial performance by owning advisory performance metrics and expanding executive relationships

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, economics, or a related field
• Twenty or more years of relevant experience in management consulting or advisory services
• Significant experience leading a consulting practice or service line with responsibility for revenue and growth
• Strong understanding of AI's business implications and experience shaping an enterprise AI agenda
• Exceptional executive presence and ability to lead through senior leaders while managing ambiguity
