Head of AI

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of AI to provide senior-level leadership in executing the vision, strategy, and governance of artificial intelligence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the organization's AI vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap
• Lead and scale high-performing AI, ML, and data science organizations
• Oversee the design and adoption of generative AI systems and ensure compliance with security and ethical standards

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in AI/machine learning with leadership responsibility
• Proven experience with recommendation systems and personalization platforms
• Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, and agentic AI concepts
• Experience overseeing AI systems deployed on AWS
• Background in consumer-facing personalization or search platforms
