Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and refine advanced ML/NLP models for financial and tax documents
• Lead the entire ML lifecycle, including data ingestion, feature engineering, and deployment
• Build and mentor a high-impact ML team while collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Leadership teams

Required Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or related field
• 8-12+ years of industry experience with 3-5 years in leadership roles in ML, AI, or Data Science
• Deep expertise in NLP/NLU and Document Intelligence
• Strong proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks such as PyTorch and scikit-learn
• Hands-on experience deploying ML systems using containerization and cloud-native workflows
