Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Academy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the Academy strategy, defining curriculum, delivery formats, and performance measurement
• Drive content excellence by collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop training based on safety-first architecture
• Build and grow a high-performing team while championing safe innovation in AI voice-agent deployment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred (MBA, MEd, Healthcare Administration, or similar)
• 10+ years of experience in senior learning & development or knowledge management roles in high-growth technology or healthcare-tech organizations
• Proven track record of designing and scaling training programs for B2B clients or enterprise customers
• Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design
• Experience leading a knowledge-management function, including content governance and document control
