Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-powered systems to improve operational efficiency across multiple departments
• Build and maintain a company-wide AI-powered knowledge wiki to streamline internal processes and communication
• Take ownership of existing automations and ensure their reliability and effectiveness in daily operations

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in building AI-driven workflows and automation systems
• Hands-on experience with AI agents, LLMs, and workflow automation
• Experience integrating multiple tools and software platforms
• Familiarity with basic coding concepts
• Experience with Make.com or similar automation platforms
