Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, implementation, and management of AI and automation strategy across the organization
• Establish an AI roadmap aligned with organizational goals and oversee the development of AI initiatives
• Enhance communication of AI performance metrics and champion AI adoption across the organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Proven leadership experience in AI, automation, data science, or engineering teams within healthcare services
• Experience in a private equity-backed organization or fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Hands-on experience with AI functions, including model development and platform governance
• Strong understanding of compliance and security requirements for AI and data within a regulated environment
