Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of company-wide AI agent strategies and workflows
• Collaborate with various departments to automate manual workflows into intelligent agent pipelines
• Establish frameworks for measuring ROI and impact of AI initiatives while ensuring responsible AI governance

Required Qualifications

• Deep hands-on experience with the Claude/Anthropic ecosystem and multiple LLM frameworks
• Proven expertise in automation platforms like Make, n8n, or Zapier
• Strong command of REST APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines
• Ability to design and manage complex multi-agent systems
• Solid understanding of data handling, privacy, and compliance in AI environments
