Head of AI Automation

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of AI Automation (Hands-On IC).

Key Responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy and execution for the enterprise-wide agentic AI platform
• Architect and build scalable agentic systems and maintain the internal Agent Blueprint
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical strategy with company objectives

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience building and scaling agentic AI systems in production
• Deep experience with GCP and Vertex AI
• Strong Python engineering background and hands-on DevOps understanding
• Expertise in LLMs, embeddings, and vector databases
• Experience as a senior individual contributor with ownership of major initiatives
