Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of AI Engagement Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead the Engagement Management function, defining operating models and metrics
• Hire, develop, and lead the Engagement Management team, fostering a culture of ownership and technical curiosity
• Directly manage strategic accounts, building relationships and identifying growth opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in customer-facing roles with technical buyers
• 3+ years of experience leading teams, including hiring and performance management
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder accounts, preferably in AI or R&D environments
• Strong understanding of machine learning and data workflows
• Demonstrated ability to lead solution design and navigate procurement in enterprise settings
