Key Responsibilities

• Scale and mature traditional AI capabilities, ensuring performance and scalability across enterprise deployments
• Define and build generative AI experiences, collaborating with product and engineering teams
• Drive AI-enabled transformation across engineering, embedding AI into the software development lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering and data science, with 5+ years in leadership roles
• Proven experience in scaling production-grade ML systems and managing the full lifecycle of AI products
• Deep expertise in traditional ML and modern generative AI technologies
• Strong technical foundation in software engineering and cloud-native architecture
• Ability to lead technical teams and collaborate cross-functionally with various stakeholders
