Key Responsibilities

• Own the technical vision for the AI/ML platform and make strategic decisions regarding technology sourcing
• Recruit and develop a high-performing team of AI and ML professionals while fostering a culture of learning
• Design and scale an AI/ML platform, ensuring reliability and compliance while collaborating with business stakeholders to implement impactful AI solutions

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in an engineering leadership role in AI, ML, or data science
• Expertise in Generative AI, including LLMs and evaluation methodologies
• Proven track record of delivering production-grade AI solutions
• Strong understanding of production software engineering best practices and AWS-based AI services
• Demonstrated ability to optimize AI model performance for large-scale deployments
