Head of AI Engineering

Job Summary

Leading a high-impact, cross-functional team, the remote Head of AI Engineering will drive the technical evolution of the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy by building and automating systems that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience through advanced AI products and models.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary team of AI Engineers, Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and Product Managers
• Define the 3-year vision and technical roadmap for AI deployment across GTM systems
• Architect intelligent systems, including production-grade AI models and automated data pipelines

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or revenue technology, with 5+ years in a leadership role
• Proven hands-on experience with modern AI architectures and complex data modeling
• Demonstrated experience designing and deploying AI-powered workflows or scalable data pipelines
• Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Must reside in the United States
