Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of AI Productivity & Collaboration Platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise strategy and implementation for Microsoft Copilot and AI-powered workplace solutions
• Own the strategy, governance, and optimization of the Microsoft 365 collaboration ecosystem
• Identify opportunities to apply AI to improve productivity and enhance decision-making across business functions

Required Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience managing enterprise collaboration platforms or digital workplace technologies
• Strong experience with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
• Hands-on or strategic experience with Microsoft Copilot and Azure AI services
• Experience leading AI-driven workplace transformation initiatives
• Knowledge of enterprise collaboration governance, security, and compliance frameworks
