Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of AI Sales Strategy to lead the go-to-market strategy for its AI offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and own the go-to-market strategy for mid-market targeting, segmentation, and messaging
  • Design AI-led customer journeys and partner with Sales to embed AI adoption into core account motions
  • Build frameworks and tooling for scalable AI conversations and coordinate with Marketing and Product Management
Required Qualifications
  • 8-12+ years of experience in Sales Strategy, GTM, or Product Strategy in tech/SaaS
  • Proven track record of driving GenAI product adoption in customer-facing roles
  • Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence without authority
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in building scalable dashboards
  • Bias for action and outcomes, thriving in fast-paced environments
