Lead and develop a global Recruitment team and talent marketing professionals
Deploy innovative talent marketing strategy to grow AI contributors globally
Maximize efficiency and data-driven planning for capacity management and scaling

Required Qualifications:

10+ years experience in Talent Acquisition, 8+ years in leading Talent Acquisition Operations
10+ years of People Management experience, including managing people leaders
Deep experience in leading Talent Acquisition technologies
Demonstrated success in organizational culture change and tech-first approach to decision-making
Experience in Technology/AI services and understanding implications of change
