Head of AI Transformation
Job Summary
To lead AI transformation initiatives across the GTM and G&A functions, the full-time salaried Head of AI Transformation will build and manage a team of AI solution engineers, collaborate with leadership to define vision and goals, and drive the adoption of AI technologies while ensuring customer data privacy and security.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with company leadership to establish a vision and goals for AI adoption
- Develop and execute a concrete roadmap for AI transformation, including managing a team of AI solution engineers
- Educate and evangelize AI initiatives within the company to foster understanding and support for internal automation
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of technology leadership experience, particularly in transformational technology
- Proven track record in cross-functional leadership and change management
- Experience in B2B SaaS environments serving small businesses
- Familiarity with regulated environments and a security-first mindset
- Strong enthusiasm for AI, balanced with a realistic approach to its implementation
