Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of AML Advisory.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and support Mercury's BSA/AML program, including policy, control, governance, and training development
• Collaborate with compliance and operational teams to align policies with implementation and address escalations
• Guide cross-functional teams on BSA/AML and KYC priorities while maintaining compliance with regulatory expectations

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 8+ years experience in BSA/AML governance and policy programs at fintechs or financial institutions
• Deep knowledge of BSA/AML and relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g., FFIEC, SAR, CTF, FATF)
• Strategic mindset with the ability to identify emerging compliance trends and risks
• Strong team leadership skills with a hands-on approach
• Commitment to BSA/AML compliance and support for entrepreneurs
