Head of Analyst Relations

Job Summary

Leading the analyst relations program, the full-time Head of Analyst Relations will develop strategic initiatives, build relationships with top industry analysts, and ensure effective communication of the company's vision and product roadmap in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and lead strategic analyst relations programs to drive engagement and positive placements in industry reports
• Build and manage relationships with top analyst firms, ensuring their understanding of the company's vision and key differentiators
• Measure the impact of analyst relations efforts and turn analyst feedback into actionable recommendations for various teams

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in analyst relations within a high-growth B2B technology company
• Proven success in building or scaling analyst relations programs with measurable business impact
• Experience managing analyst evaluations and research cycles, including major industry reports
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology and AI messaging
• Experience in AI, enterprise software, or related fields is strongly preferred
