Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in analytics or digital marketing within an agency environment
• Proven experience in managing small teams and delivering impactful data solutions
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, ETL pipelines, and data warehousing
• Strong understanding of tracking architecture and analytical model creation
• Demonstrated ability to implement systems for improved data collection and analysis
