Job Summary
A company is looking for a Head of Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and own end-to-end reporting layer for GTM and revenue analytics, including executive dashboards
- Own product analytics, defining metrics for engagement, adoption, and retention across the customer journey
- Lead the analytics strategy and infrastructure, setting standards for data modeling and BI tools
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of analytics experience in B2B SaaS, with expertise in GTM, revenue, and product analytics
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift
- Experience in designing or improving multi-touch attribution (MTA) and marketing mix modeling (MMM) frameworks
- Hands-on BI development experience with tools like Looker, Tableau, or similar
- Ownership mentality with the ability to define success metrics and drive projects to completion
