A company is looking for a Head of Analytics Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the data foundation, setting the vision for analytics engineering and architecting scalable solutions
• Oversee the design of data ecosystems and ensure technical consistency across teams
• Build and grow high-performing teams while fostering a psychologically safe and inclusive culture

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data/analytics engineering, with at least 3 years in management
• Deep expertise in SQL, data modeling, Airflow, dbt, and data orchestration
• Experience in transforming tactical data stacks into strategic platforms
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and align data strategy with organizational goals
• Strong background in mentoring and building learning systems for technical excellence
