Job Summary
To build a transformative application layer for video intelligence, the full-time Head of Applications will set strategic direction, engage in customer discovery, and lead product development in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set the strategy for the application layer, identifying target users and workflows
- Conduct customer discovery and rapid prototyping to find viable use cases for the technology
- Oversee the full lifecycle of application development, ensuring user engagement and monetization
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in product and product leadership roles, preferably in early to mid-stage software companies
- Proven track record of building and growing products from zero to meaningful adoption
- Technical fluency to collaborate effectively with engineering and research teams
- Experience designing or leading growth loops that enhance user activation and retention
- Strong recruitment skills with a history of building high-performing teams
